work on core strength and FLEXIBILITY! Flexibility is much more important. The ability to coil tightly around your center is much needed for lag and power. You can also work on band work where you would use an arm band with weights and focus on the lag part of your downswing, and strengthing your wrists and your ab and back. Your center is much important. I’m only 5′10 155 lbs but because im flexible i can coil and puond the ball i can drive 350+ yds, no lie! So work on your flexibility and core strength. Good luck!
