I designed this workout for someone who wanted to improve their shape but didn't have access to a whole lot of equipment:

One round is
5 push-ups.
10 mountain climbers
10 body-weight squats

Rest 30 seconds,repeat.

Do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes. Note how many rounds you got. Next time you do this workout, try to beat your last number of rounds.

Should take you about a week to recover from this workout the first time you do it, so only perform this once the first week. Second week, do it twice - should only take 1-2 days to recover on subsequent runs through. Do this workout a maximum of 3 times a week, a minimum of one depending on what else you're doing.
