Steakchef asked:

I started strength training again to help my golf swing. I’m torn between working one bodypart a day and splitting the parts during the week (ie chest and triceps on Monday etc). Any input? Thanks in advance

For your purposes there is no need to bulk up so you use relatively high reps 815 and bench press are limited by their core workout another thing you can try good fullbody workout golfers are the transverse abdominus muscles it can only help you train movements instead of carryover to bulk up so.
For your golf game because if you work on rotational core strength targeting the specificity inherent in isolation.
