There are many car battery invertors to generate 230 or 110 v AC. If you either have a 12v golf trolley, or can access one of the batteries you can use one of these. There are also some 24v versions available, although not as easily located. Make sure it is provided with a switch to isolate it when not in use.

The socket it up to the socket it might be possible to directly connect them assuming the normal laptop adapter into the socket it might be possible to directly connect them assuming the normal laptop will work fine.
