im going to be hitting the gym alot more here in a couple days, and i was wandering how can i weight train, or exercise to improve my golf game, also how should i stretch in the gym to improve my flexibility on the golf course
oh and if you get upset and say this isnt a real sport like carytop down here, just cause you cant play the sport, dont answer

      don’t bother. golf is not a real sport anyway. if a 59 y/o can come close to winning a major tournament? gimme a break.
