don’t bother. golf is not a real sport anyway. if a 59 y/o can come close to winning a major tournament? gimme a break.

For sets of these exercises for sets of 10 repetitions also add in some exercises that require standing and tricep extensions do each of 10 repetitions also add in some exercises for sets of 10 repetitions also running swimming biking etc will help too.

mainly work on your core
and stretching work on your lower back and shoulders
