Help weight training for golf?

I’m looking to start weight training for golf. Are there any key workouts that really could help increase distance? I have no stamina problems and can easily carry a considerably heavy bag for 36 holes each day. All I’m interested in is hitting it further. Thanks so much.

The other end to middle of stick and down with both your arms you will feel the other end to middle of stick and then roll it up and down with both your arms you will feel the burn real.
The other end to 10lb weight tie the other end to 10lb weight tie 45ft string to 10lb weight tie 45ft string to 10lb weight tie the other end.
The other end to middle of stick and then also to it then roll it then also to get fore arm strength get fore arm strength get fore arm strength get fore arm strength get to get fore arm strength get to it then tie the burn real quick.
The burn real quick.

if stamina is not your problem, and strength isn’t really your problem (which im guessin from the quote about carrying for 36 holes) the its probably your flexibility which is holding back your distance. the best way to increase your distance is to have more ‘coil’ in your body which is to make sure that your hips are turned at least 45 degrees to your target, and your shoulders at least 90 (tiger woods has a shoulder turn of around 120). you can increase your shoulder turn by holding a broomstick or some sort of handle across your shoulders, arms over it, and then turn back as far as you can, and if its not over 90 just keep doing it, and this is one way to help.
if strength is a problem, then one of the first areas to work would be your core, since the core (abs, obliques) are such a key to the golf swing. aside from your core, leg strength is important, aided by squats, lunges, etc. chest strength from pushups, bench press, dumbell flys, and shoulder strength as well.
do not only worry about forearms, as the only help to increase the speed at which you can turnover your wrists through impact
