This is the drill for practicing and warming up with the TI Training club. In this video I am learning Protrack 7. Shorten the grip and start with a few one handed swings. Continue with the short grip and add a few half swings with both hands. Finish with a regular grip and take several full swings while “Feeling” and “Hearing” where the club head is through the entire swing.. You will be amazed at how fine your swing senses can become. TI Protrack 7 is the tempo and rhythm equivalent to many pros including Couples, Sneed, A.Scott and Mickelson. Please visit www,tourimpactgolf.com for more information on how to learn the tempo and rhythm of your favorite pro. BannLynchGolf asked:

Stuart Appleby came to BannLynch Golf ( www.bannlynchgolf.com ) here in Melbourne, Australia on 25th September ‘09 to work on his game with his longtime coach Steve Bann before heading off to the US to play the Fall Series on the PGA Tour. In this video, you get to see the work a professional golfer puts into his game before he appears on your TV screen in a PGA Tour event. In this particular session, Stuart was working on his leg action, making a full turn with his upper body and keeping his left shoulder in a slightly lower position turning through the ball. BannLynch Golf is based at the Melbourne Golf Academy in Heatherton, Victoria. For bookings, call (+61) (03) 9558 3688

I’ve decided to take golf lessons when the weather gets better, so what kinds of things are a must-have that I can start looking for?

I know that my training person will tell me, but I’d like to see what DO’s and DON’Ts are out there. Do I need custom clubs or what? This is new to me, so don’t tease me too badly!!
